First Sunday of Lent: The Desert

During this first week of Lent, Bridgett and Janet discuss the desert - from the journey of the Israelites fleeing Egypt to Jesus' temptation in the desert, and what we can learn for our own faith journeys.

Baby Steps:

• Remember that the desert isn’t supposed to be easy. Use the time to draw closer to God.
• Step into a desert this week: give up something really difficult for you just for a week and learn to rely on God.
